Chef Deo surpasses the 14-hour mark and attempts to break Hilda Baci’s record.

Adeyeye Adeola, also known as Chef Deo, is attempting to surpass Hilda Baci’s previous record for the longest cooking marathon through an extraordinary culinary endeavor.

Adeola’s cook-a-thon began on June 30, 2023, in the Ile-Oluji Local Government Area of Ondo State and is scheduled to end on July 6, 2023.

Adeparusi Damilola, also known as Chef Dammy, recently completed a 120-hour cook-a-thon in the Oye Local Government Area of Ekiti State in order to test the limits of culinary endurance.

Hilda Effiong Bassey, also known as Hilda Baci, completed the longest culinary marathon (person) in a staggering 93 hours and 11 minutes.

From May 11 to May 15, she endeavored to break the record by preparing more than 100 pots of food in only four days.

The Guinness World Records has officially acknowledged Hilda Baci’s achievement after conducting a thorough analysis of the available data.

Chef Deo, who is attempting to surpass Hilda Baci’s record, has now cooked nonstop for 14 hours.
