The governor of Kogi state, Yahaya Bello, has emerged winner in the All Progressives Congress APC governorship primaries held in Lokoja, the state capital today August 29th. Out of a total of 3,596 delegates that were authorized , Bello secured 3,127 votes. Bello can represent the party in the Nov 16th governorship election.
