Responsibilities

  • Maintain record keeping of various documents within internal ERP system primarily in materials such as scanning in packing slips and customer bills of lading.
  • Ordering production and office supplies including returnable shipping containers.
  • Receiving for production and non-production purchase orders. Follow up on purchase orders with vendor to ensure shipments arrive on time.
  • Booking trucks for shipping and processing shipping documents both on paper and electronically.
  • Vendor quote follow-up.
  • Provide administrative support for various departments especially HR and Maintenance
  • Other duties as to be assigned.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education preferred.
  • A least two years’ experience in an office setting. Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.
  • Good computer skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Able to multi task and prioritize projects with minimum supervision
